World Rugbyのパスポートに登録されている方々にWorld Rugbyよりパスポートのアップグレードに関するメールが届いていることと思います。
旧サイトからのデータの移行のためにはご自身での作業が必要となります。
内容につきましては下記に日本語をご用意しましたのでご確認ください。
オンライン講座の修了証をダウンロードする場合は言語の表記を「English」にして「My Certificates」のページからダウンロード可能です。
パスポートサイトはWorld Rugbyが管理しておりますので、日本ラグビー協会で質問への回答ができかねますこと、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
重要なメッセージ – 「ワールドラグビーパスポートのウェブサイトアップグレードに伴う、ユーザー向け利用説明連絡」
ワールドラグビーでは、去る4月、ユーザーの皆様へ、ワールドラグビーの研修・学習ウェブサイトであるワールドラグビーパスポートが2021年5月3日にアップグレードされることをお知らせするメールをお送りいたしました。本メールは、新しくなったウェブサイト上でご自身のユーザーアカウントを有効にするための手順をご案内するものです。
これらの手順を踏んでいただくことで、ご自身のオンライン研修・学習の記録が保存され、新しいプラットフォーム上でもアクセスしていただくことができるようになります。ユーザーの皆様の対面式コースの受講記録については（受講歴がある場合）、アップグレードの第2フェーズとなる今年後半に、記録の移行を行う予定でおります。
セキュリティ強化のため、ユーザーの皆様には、お手数ですが、新しくなったワールドラグビーパスポートウェブサイト上で、ご自身のユーザーアカウントを改めて有効化して頂く必要があります。有効化には、ご自身の個人情報の再登録と言語の再選択が必要となります。以下の説明にある手順に沿って、お進めください:
ステップ1:新しくなったワールドラグビーパスポートの登録ページにアクセスしてください。
ステップ2:以前に、ワールドラグビーパスポートアカウントを設定した際に登録したメールアドレスを入力してください。必ず、以前に登録したメールアドレスを入力してください！異なるメールアドレスは決して入力しないでください。これは、あなたの受講歴を完全に保持するために重要な手順となります。
ステップ3:次に、ご自身のメールアドレスの認証を求められます。「認証コードを送信する」をクリックすると、あなたのメールアドレスにワンタイムパスコード（一回きりで使い捨てのセキュリティコード）が届きます。ご自身でメールをご確認頂き（迷惑メールに分類されていることがありますので、ご注意ください）、ウェブサイト上の登録画面に戻って、該当する欄に受信したワンタイムパスコードを入力してください。
ステップ4:登録フォームで新しいパスワードを設定し、ご自身の「表示名」、「姓」、「名」、「性別」、および、「優先言語」を入力または選択してください。
ステップ5:ワールドラグビーのプライバシーに同意することを示すチェックを入れて頂き、最後に、お知らせの設定にもチェックを入れてください。
ステップ6:「作成」をクリックして、登録を完了してください。
新しくなったウェブサイトは、ハイクオリティで、アクセスしやすい、オンライン学習モジュールを提供し続け、ニーズに応えるサイトとして使いやすさを向上させることによって、よりよいものとなっていきます。ユーザーの皆様にとっては、スマートフォンやタブレット、そして、お持ちのパソコンからも学習を続けていただくことができます。
未完了のモジュールがある場合は、新しくなったウェブサイトへの移行に伴い、申し訳ございませんが、初めからそのモジュールを受講し直して頂く必要がございます。
今回のアップグレードに伴い、皆様には大変ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。このアップグレードが将来の利益となることを期待し、ラグビーという競技をさらに安全で優れたものにしていくべく努めてまいります。

Important message – World Rugby Passport - Website Upgrade User Instructions
World Rugby emailed you in April informing you that we are upgrading World Rugby Passport, our Training and Education Website, on the 3rd of May 2021. This is a follow-up email with instructions on how to activate your user account on the new website.
Taking these steps will ensure that your online training and education records are preserved and made available in the new platform. World Rugby will manage the transfer of your face-to-face course records (if applicable) later in the year, during the second phase of the upgrade.
For added security, you will need to re-authenticate your user account on the new World Rugby Passport website. This requires you to re-register your personal details and the set your communication preferences. Please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Please go to the new World Rugby Passport registration page
Step 2: Enter the email address that you previously set up your World Rugby Passport account with. Important! You must enter the email address that you previously registered with. Do not register with a different email address. This is to ensure that your academic records are kept intact.
Step 3: You will be required to authenticate your email address. Press the 'SEND VERIFICATION CODE' button to send a one-time security code to your email address. Check your email (including your spam folders) and then enter the one-time code into the box on the registration screen.
Step 4: Complete the registration form with your new password and enter your Display Name, Given Name, Surname, Gender and Preferred Language.
Step 5: Provide your consent to the World Rugby Privacy Policy and set your communication preferences.
Step 6: Press the 'Create' button to finish the registration process.
The new website will continue to offer high-quality, free to access, online learning modules and will benefit from increased accessibility due to its responsive nature. This means that you will be able to continue your learning from smartphones and tablets as well as laptops and personal computers.
If you have any incomplete modules, then you will be required to restart the module on the new website.
We apologise for any inconvenience this upgrade may have caused you and thank you for your patience. We are excited about the future benefits this will bring as we continue our endeavours to make our game better and safer.
